I live in house of a relative and not on rent. In such case will the NOC be sufficient for place of business? If yes then please tell whether NOC should be taken on plain paper or Rs 10 Stamp paper?
In my View., You create Consent letter instead of Rental Agreement... It's best for a stamp paper @ Rs. 20 is enough... Also you can create Plain Paper.. The AO is satisfied then no need other way...

okk sir jus one more points according to consent letter they not liable to pay a rent to land owner and what they mentioned such property as a commercial place or residential place.
