No response from icai

While converting from CPT to Foundation, I accidently entered wrong correspondence address. I couldnt change it.

I sent a mail to sroacc @ icai.in. I got a response from them that I must send emai to 

babu.raghvan @ icai.in;

ambika @ icai.in;

reshma.begum @ icai.in

I sent the details 9 days ago. but there is no reply or any changes. What should I do?

I havent even subbmited the hard copy of the conversion form.

please rely early..
