No registration for Exampted Goods Sale More than 1CR
My client deals with Milk, his sale is 40 Lac per Year. Is he require to register under GST?

No.................. provided neither other taxable supply under same PAN........ Nor receipt of any mandatory services under RCM.
how can any one transaction 1Cr without current a/c if Cr A/c require Reg Copy of GST?
Yes, let me correct, you are required to get registration based on turnover of zero rated goods supply.
