No objection for change of name

I want to do change of name of a company. For doing this, Form 1A needs to be filed. Form 1A has mandatory attachment of no objection from the company having similar name. May I get a format for filing the no objection from the company having similar name?

I NEED IT URGENTLY.

there is no presribed format for noc letter. u may prepare a simple letter.
