I agree rashmi ji..Every person should have vission / mission in their life..should gets inspiration within one's own self & motivation from stories or quotes of one or more successful people..But should always try to achieve growth professionally by comparing not with others but with one's own self..But I think the author here referring to the personal (human nature) growth.. The way you behaves with others generally increases your chance of getting the same treatment in response. Hope u got the real intention of the author which he or she wants to convey..anyways thanx for ur value additions ..
