In Form 3CD Point 8(a). Whether the assessee has opted for taxation under section 115BA / 115BAA /115BAB / 115BAC /115BAD ?
If an assessee says that he will opt Sec 115BAC but till today he has not file Form 10IE, then what should I mention in the above said point Yes or No.
