The peak tax rates for super rich are now at 42.7%.
Does this become the new maximum marginal rate of tax ?
if so, then trusts (most of them) which were being taxed at MMR also will be taxed higher now ?
Is there any exemption from this given to pooled investment vehicles like Category iii Alternate Investment funds setup as trusts ?
