I am having a small retail business. I am running this business since last ten years in Delhi. I have never maintained books and accounts of my business. I don’t have any TIN number and VAT number. I am regular income tax payer. Now I wanted to expand my business and in order to do same I have to obtain TIN number, VAT Number.
Please guide me what should be taken care while applying for these numbers. Kindly also tell me what else should be taken care while maintaining the books and accounts of my business.
