New registration at gst

You can register into gst only after 1st July 2017, because if you want to new registration into gst that means you currently not registered into any existing act, that means liability on you arises in GST act only and at present GST is not present in india, it become effective from 1st july so you can register your self into gst only GST act came into force i.e. After 1st july.

I have applied using this process but the status is "pending for processing". When will GST number be issued?

HOW CAN WE REISSUE PROVISIONAL ID & PASSWORD CANCELLED BY SERVICE TAX DEPARTMENT

Same is reissued already be deptt.
