i want to do business in mother home in my name can i give electricity bill of mother for proof of business place

No the house belonging to your mother. So the house become rented premises to you. You have to enter into an rentals agreement with your mother.

Yes. You can use the Electricity Receipt if Your residential address is same.

In case you get any notification from GSTN. Then you ll submit Consent letter...

(I think they accept your application....)
