I want to get new GST number. my shop is rented. i have afidivit instead of rent agreement. is this afidivit accepted like as rent agreement

yes consent is as equal as rent agreement in gst.

No...
Here also some of the cases not accept the Consent Letter or Affidavit. If rented premises then rental agreement and EB receipt or Property Tax Receipt is required...

in any case my New GST number is cancel then can I apply again New GST number?

If you not respond to the notice then Your "Application of Registration" will be Cancel by AO...


Yes... You can apply again with required documents....
