WHETHER THE SAME FORM NOW WE ARE FILING FOR A.Y 2007-08 IS APPLICABLE TO A.Y 2008-09 AS SOME NRI'S WHO GO OUT OF INDIA WANT TO SIGN AND TRAVEL AS THEY MAY RETURN MORE THAN 6 MONTHS
canot say as the i.dept have made many errors in collecting infornmation in forms aast year07-08 .further asst year is also mentioned on return form.wait till end of july08

as applicable forms are ready for 2007-08 only. when govt. notified again that the same are also applicable for 2008-09, then same forms are applicable otherwise new form format comes
keeping in view the various columns and intricacies of the form, I think that new forms for the Asst Yr 2008-09 would be notified on or soon after 31-3-08. If it happens, one can always doownload it in any part from the world.
