Cost of Charger is included in cost of mobile.
Nothing is free. cost of Charger is in built in the price of mobile.
1- if a customer purchased a charger of rs 2000 and after 10 days he come to replace it because it is not working
2 - if charger is given with mobile( in built) after 10 days it is replaced for the same reason stated above

But what shop keeper did with such charger replace or pay money
