Networth calculation
Do we need to consider redeemable preference shares as a part of paid up capital for calculating networth? Other than Ind As cases because as per ind as that should be treated as debt.

please refer the definition of paid up share capital in section 2(64) of the companies act 2013 , compare with IND AS .
