can you please tell me frm where can i get the list of documents required to be submitted. along with condonation letter and DD ??

first i dnt understand wat is condonation letter and next thing is just fill up 108 form and dd in favour as mentioned in form and nothing else except complete carefull filling.

condonation letter is a letter drafted on CA's letter head giving the reasons for delay...

n am confused with requisites bcoz smwhere in discussions people posted that work diary etc. wud be needed, but i could not trace it on ICAI website.

Annapurna got to your boss and request them to write a delay codonation letter in favor of the ICAI mentioning any reason for delay like " due to oversight" or "due to some other problem like family tension, work load etc. " 

and enclose DD and send it to ICAI. Nothing else is required to do.

But remember that letter should be written by your boss i.e. your trainer

Annapurna work diary is needed when your delay in filling Form 102&103. Where as their is no such requirement, in my views, for Form NO 108.
