Need to amend aoa to demat the physical shares of unlisted public company?
is it mandatory to amend AOA to demat the physical shares of unlisted public company. the MOA, AOA also not amended as per companies act 2013.

Not require to amendemet of AoA
Depositories do not mandate it. Yet, in your aoa, if you had restricted transfer of shares by shareholders, you need to amend, as shares dematerialized do not require any approval from company for transfer.
