What is the Difference between company names “X Pvt. Ltd” and M/s. X Pvt. Ltd”? Is it necessary to put M/s. Prefix to company name for all correspondence? If we don’t provide prefix M/s. Is it mentioning some other company?
M/s., is just a formal word as Mr., Ms.,
Their is nothing difference between M/s. X Pvt Ltd., and X Pvt Ltd.,

Yes Nikhil is right
no differece b/w having m/s and no m/s. Companies dont use m/s, its only partnership firm, sole trading concern that uses m/s.
