need help regarding quitting ca

hi all,

         I am quiiting ca due to personal problems i joined articleship on may 2008 and completed articleship period of 20 months(may2010) and now can i write my exams of both groups of inter in any time period

and i didnt submitted termination form to instittute till today is that compulsory to do that and if yes what is the time limit to submit my termination 

i got a job offer in MNC as a Bcom student with Good packag of salary so i thought i can join there(due to personal problems) ... so iam in plan to quit ca course or if possible can i able to write my inter exams in some 1 or 2  years after 

please help with my problems by replying

Are you IPCC student ....if not then you first transfer to IPCC........

you have to complete your articleship before the exam.

Yes u can write ur inter(pcc) exam in any period of time but if u want to give ur inter(PCC)  exams in the coming one or two years then as per the maximum no of attempts is 5 for pcc and u fail to clear ur PCC exams in such 5 attempts then u have to re-register urself with institute.U will have to submit ur articleship completion form to institute at the end of 42 months(PCC) with full detail of leaves taken by u. The last attempt u missed was ur 3rd attempt  so 2 more to go afterwards re-register urself if u are unable to clear in all 5 attemts.
