Need help regarding direct entry ca

Hello friends. I have query related to Direct entry to CA. i have already passed CA-CPT. and now i am in IPCC- i gave 3 attempts but can't clear it. and i am also in T.Y Bcom and if i pass b.com than my percentage will not exceed 50 about it i am sure.

now My question is.. can i trnsfer in direct entry of CA as there are option for execting student... and i should start Article or not???
