Here are a few transaction codes that you might find useful while operating on CO. There are some standard reports available in SAP. Also, you can create your own customised report based on your own parameters/requirement by using Report Painter Tool.

Do you know where i can get real time / end user knowledge in above activities in SAP. Any training institute in Chennai? (don't want configuration training but needed end user training with dummy details)
Preparing G/L report, P&L, B/S, Financial comparison statement, Actual/Budget comparison statement etc.,
I'm already having enough experience in SAP on Accounts payable, Vendor master. Now I want to gain knowledge reporting aspects.
Please help.

You don't prepare GL reports/PL/Balance Sheet in SAP.. They are automatically prepared when journal entries are posted to GLs and the balance goes to Recon Accounts and they are then displayed under PL Account or Balance Sheet depending on the type of GL. There are Transaction codes like FS10N where you can generate GL report, S_PL0_86000030 for Trial Balance. If u want to learn operational things through some institute then u can google and find some SAP training institutes who offer the basic training in 20 - 30 K.
