You can download Form 102 and 103 in ICAI.org website, students section.
u can`t submit the downloaded form.. u need to get the same from the branch office of ICAI in ur town as it contains ID card too that u can`t get from the website.. the cost of the form is only Rs. 50/-

Form Nos. are for sure. But as said by other student, you can take it from branch, so that you can also get id card, this information I was not known earlier. You should submit these two forms to ICAI within 30days of your joining articleship firm. Some details of the form has to be filled up by you and some details will be provided by Partner of the firm under whom you have chosen to do articles.
