Necessity of Articleship

Articleship is very much necessary.... It must not be removed... But the period can be reduced... Say around 1.5 yrs or 2 years,,,,

Another thing is there must institutional kind of training... Like in medical colleges,,,, They first give class room training & then practical training....

there must be some uniformity in the training given to students.... There must be some standardisation....

lastly, Stipend must be increased atleast to 3000 in first yr, 4000 in second yr & 5000 in the last yr....
