National Company Law Tribunal, this is not constitute till yet bcoz of Companies Amendment Act, 2003 is not fully applicable, in relation to this case pending over with Hon. Supreme Court, if it is take an effect then all professional ca cs may take part in company court case no need to appoint lower to present the case in before the various courts, so all the lowers are protect against it. but it is soon to be take effect......
