I have invested some amount in NSC in Jan 21 but same is not updated in AIS form. so can need to wait or file the ITR please suggest

If you have the sufficient proof of investment and no need to wait till it get reflected in AIS you can claim the deduction.
No need to wait for updation of NSC .
