We have purchased some shares and paid some maekrt expenses like, brokage, Transactions charges service tax etc please suggest in tally which group we crate all the ledger. share purchase and sale is not a main business.

You can create ledger , Share Investment , under group Investment , Asset side Balance sheet and capitalise all expenses .
Sir, That' means expenses under group Capital
Expenses should be added in the Investment .
