Name of Stock exchange in prospectus
Is it mandatory to mention name of the stock exchange (on which shares are to be dealt) in prospectus?

Every company making public offer,before making such offer shall apply to one or more recognised stock exchange and obtain permission for their securities to be dealt with.Where in the prospectus it has been mentioned that such application has been made to stock exchange,the name of such stock exchange to be disclosed in the prospectus.
