Name change of director.

I have a similar problem. I understand the DIR-6 needs DSC to be affixed. But the DSC in the old name of the partner has already expired and the renewal can only occur under the new name of the director.

If the DIR-6 is affixed with the new name DSC, will it not be rejected by MCA? I believe the new name DSC can't be registered with MCA since MCA would still have the old name of the director.

How to resolve this?

Did you try associating the DSC as authorized representative? Raise a ticket on v3 if it doesn't work, they may guide you.
