Name approval time period expired

Respected Mam/Sir,

We have taken name aproval on 19th March 2014 for one of our Compnay. It is expired on 17th May 2014 due to 60 days clause. Now what steps should we have to be taken? Beacuse General Circular 11/2014 talks about due date of filing from 1st Aptil 2014 to 28th April 2014. Which is not relevant for us.

Kindly explain what are the options we have avalaible , so we can file form quickly.

Time limit has been increased and hence you can file till 31st of may ..even for you..as per the latest circular...

Hi Rachana,

i don't think your case will be accepted by ROC as the due date is in mid may....so i suggest you apply again for the new name.....

However, just to confirm, you fill the SRN in the incorporation form and can check the message being displayed.....

Raise a ticket under user complaint and greivence Quote the query They will allow you Till 31 may but be quick and keep a check on it what response you get from there keep all the forms filled n ready to upload situation and also speak to helpline 0124-4832500
