Name approval time period expired

Respected Mam/Sir,

We have taken name aproval on 19th March 2014 for one of our Compnay. It is expired on 17th May 2014 due to 60 days clause. Now what steps should we have to be taken? Beacuse General Circular 11/2014 talks about due date of filing from 1st Aptil 2014 to 28th April 2014. Which is not relevant for us.

Kindly explain what are the options we have avalaible , so we can file form quickly.
