My Company Bank account is blocked due to non filing of INC 20A

I established a private limited company on May 20, 2022 with two other directors. We did not deposit the share capital as agreed by the shareholders.

We failed to file Form INC-20A, a declaration for commencement of business, within 180 days of incorporation. As a result, our bank account was frozen. It has been a year since then.

I am looking for some guidance on how to resolve it.Could anyone please advice on this matter? I would appreciate your help and cooperation.
