almost 3 months has gone by sitting at home. i want termination of articleship any how becouse behaviour of my principle are very bad with me & torches ,work mentally harassed me. now circumstance has become very sensitive. please enlight me as termination at any price or way. please show me way as much as possible. i have become very frustrated. please koi b itna ahsan kardo mai muskil me hu. my career will be lost if i dont get terminate. here krishna help me

In fact, ICAI's ban on transfer violates the basic constitutional right to work freely.....under anybody or any place...
dont go to ICAI for the help as they are not going to listen you...!!!the ICAI is making their reputation so worst
Sushant if icai's various restrictions on transfer are against one's fundamental right to work freely then why in the first place these laws passed.and will Supreme Court take any decision which overrides the Icai act?
Miss/Mrs Bakshi,.........there r many times when rules are passed but the Hon'rbl Court has the power to strike them off or put them aside. For eg: AP govt and then CG trying to carve out 4.5pc reservation for minorities in OBC quota.....Please google what happened ?
And one always have the chance to approach Courts if one is aggrieved? Courts have innumerable cases to handle to check besides every rules passed by ICAI suo moto. Get a good lawyer and file a PIL....U might get Court's support n get anti-transfer rule annulled.
