My CA is not allowing me transfer...what to do now

Contact ICAI. They will be of your help for sure.

Yes Gaurav, vinay is True. you can Direct Contact at ICAI helpdesk. Send an application to ICAI. make sure  take a  receiving for future refrence.

Try to convince through your parents/guardian.This is better option.

JUST  SENT A WRITTEN APPLICATION ON PLAIN PAPER FOR APPROVAL OF TRANSFER CONTAING THE GROUND ON WHICH YOU WANT TRANSFER.

IF ICAI APPROVE THEN CA CANT DO ANY THING HE WILL BE BOUND TO GIVE THE TANSFER.

start doing work under another CA

the thing is that u only have to learn conceps 

so do it and dont say anything to old ca

request him once again for transfer....know the reason if possible... if he dis agrees then go on with icai helpdesk.....  all the best... hope u succeed....

vinay as much as i know, ICAI is not going to help you in this matter.

Be mature and try your oun tactics,  and if you are not able to convince your ca in any case, then say him that u are seriously injured, nd taking transfer on that base.

he will not entertain to keep a article who is not likely to join office for 3-4 months. And that is a valid base for taking transfer as per ICAI

Request him once again..

ICAI has specified 4-5 conditions under which the article can take a transfer,I dont think u can take a transfer just because u dont want 2 continue with him..conatact ICAI for further information..
