I.E TERMINATION FROM ARTICLESHIP TRAINNING AFTER COMPLETION OF DESIRED PERIOD OF SERVICE

Thats not correct dear. The form to be filled up is Form no. 108 i.e. for completion of articles. Fill it up in triplicate and get it signed by your principal and send it to the concerned regional office within 30 days. You can download the forms from here:-
