Can anybody explain me the complete procedure of MVAT Refund???

you have to file form 501 for refund to the department if your refund goes abvoe 1 lakh or if it is below 1 lakh you have to carry forward the refund amount
after filling form 501 they may send you notice for assessement or they may directly transfer amount to your bank account
