Çan Anyone give me last date for MVAT Audit for the year ending on 31.3.2007 in Maharashtra State and circular to that effect....

The Hon'ble Bombay High Court has extended the last date for submission of VAT Audit Report in Form No. 704 upto 31st October, 2007 for the Financial Year 2005-2006.
it is extended up to 31/12/2007 for year 2005-06 & 2006-07 both
