whether MVAT audit is is extended ?

As till there is no specific notification on the site but O heard that audit date is extended, is it so ? if yes, what is the revised date ?

YES..

MAHARASHTRA FINANCE MINISTER SUDHIR MUNGANTIWAR EXTENDED THE DUE DATE FOR FILING VAT AUDIT REPORT.

REVISED DATE IS 31ST JANUARY.

BUT NO OFFICIAL DECLARATION HAS BEEN MADE TILL NOW.

MVAT AUDIT MUST BE DONE THROUGH FORM NO E 704 ON BEFORE 15TH JANUARY EVERY YEAR BUT NOW DATE IS EXTENDED TO 31ST JANUARY, 2015 AND FORM E 704 SUBMITTING DATE WILL be 10th February 2015
