Quick Summary
If you've lost a mutual fund folio number and it wasn't linked to a PAN, don't worry. As long as you know the mutual fund's name and your father's PAN, you can recover your investment details. You can obtain a statement of holdings by visiting a local CAMS office with your father's PAN copy, even if the PAN wasn't initially linked to the folio.

Hope you know the PAN no. and the name of the Mutual fund.

Yes sir , I know the name of mutual fund sch and of Amc

Do you have PAN copy of your father?

Yes sir I have pan of my father and I also check the unclaimed mf from the website of CAMS I.e registrar for the fund house

You can get statement of holdings based on PAN from CAMS local office.
