i am planning to start a trading business in Bangalore as liaison office while having a godown in kerala from where my goods will be supplied to my customers to kerala with billing from Bangalore in turn to my client in kerala.

my supplier (other than karnataka/kerala origin) will bill the goods on my bangalore address and deliver the same to my godown in kerala.

please advise me what sort of company registration i should go for and do i need to do registration both in kerala and karnataka?

your valuable address towards my above queries will be very much appreciated

You have to file the registration state wise

billing to my clients will be from Bangalore only while despatch of goods will be from my godown (kerala) to my clients (kerala).

still do i need to go for registration in both the states?
please clarify

yes in case your office / where house in 2 saprate state than you have to take registration in both state

First you have to take seprate registration in both the states and both the places shall me deemed to be distinct person in the eyes of the law.
Second if you are supplying your goods from kerala then your place of supply will be kerala only not the bangalore so you have to raise your invoice from kerala itself after charging CSGT AND Kerala SGST "NOT" IGST.
