i have to proprietary firm with same pan card, but business is almost the same of both, so do i need to take registration for the both??

As per my view it's not possible.. Different name of registration is no way for single GSTIN...
same pan pe kitne bhi firm ho single registration hoga
You can not have two GSTIn for single PAN. If you have multiple trade then you can have single GSTIN and you need to file single return by consolidating all the trades under single PAN.
