Pl tell me whether there can be multiple Holding Companies for a subsidiary Company? In other words, can there be two Holding Companies of one Subsidiary Company?

no it is not possible
to be holding co. one must have more than 50% share capital
more than one co. can not hold more then 50% shares in one co.
and also only one can fulfill all the conditions
realted to directors also
But what if one co. Controls composition of Board and the other Share Capital?
