To prepare your MSME half-yearly return, filter your accounts payable for Micro and Small Enterprise vendors, calculate the delay for each transaction starting from the date of acceptance (or deemed acceptance), and compile the details (Name, PAN, Udyam Number, overdue amount, and reason for delay) for filing on the MCA V3 portal.
