Anybody dealing vd registration of MSMEs and related issues

Earlier it was investment based, now its turnover based..... whether such amendment is effective? if yes then from which date? Also.. whether one company can take multiple msme registration in different states?

separate registration valid however if falls under Gambit of GSt then each 🌟
