Use Subtotal function, you will find it in data menu.

use the filter option from data

also u can subtotal it

first you filter the data by the debtors name and just subtotal it.

sub total or even pivot table can be useful in that case.

Friends...Thanks 4 writing.. my need to take out only list of all debtors not any other data.

Dear Rohit,

Copy the entire debtors list to a new sheet.

Go to DATA > FILTER > ADVANCED FILTER.....

Under Action, Select copy to another Location.

List Range:- must be the entire list of debtors u copied in the new sheet.

Dont give any criteria...

Copy to:- select any empty column..

Check the 'Unique Records only'  box... (this check box filters only unique records)

Unique debtor names will be copied to the new empty column which you mentioned in the copy to range.
