A is marchant exporter of medicine, he is required to get registration under central Excise for get back excise duty leavy on export good under rebate schem? if yes then why
any other option of get back excise get back? if yes then say me and send me process of it.....
You can also apply for CT1 with the excise department. Give CT1 and ARE1 forms to your supplier and he can supply you without charging excise. Hope this helps.
excise department is not give CT-1 to registed dealer, so that this option is not us by us...
