Dear Collegues,
Shall Company need to file MR 1 for the appointment of KMP who are already acting as CFO/CS/WHD?
In my opinion, the Board Resolution for designating CFO/CS/WTD as KMP under new Act would be sufficient compliance. Thus MR 1 will be applicable only in case of appointment of CFO/CS/WHD with effect from 1st April 2014.
