No such option
If you have no need of GST registration you can proceed your GST cancellation.
File nil return till the date of u surrender ur gst no otherwise u have to pay late fee
File Nil return for gstr 3b and quarterly return for gstr 1
You can't stop filling of returns, and further there is interest exposure on non filing of return.
in case you want to surrender the registration you have to apply in Form GST reg-16 as application for cancellation of registration.
