Money transfer by Husband to Wife by Cheaque

If rupees One Crore or more amount transfered by Husband to Wife by Cheque and Wife filed ITR as per limits available to an individual for three Assessment Years. Husband filed his own ITR separately using his Income Tax limits and exemptions.

Can it be shown as Gift or Loan ? and can Husband save Tax by utilising Wife's Income Tax limits ?

If not what will be repercussions ?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the tax implications of a husband transferring a significant sum (e.g., one crore rupees or more) to his wife via cheque. It questions whether such a transfer can be declared as a gift or loan, and if it's possible for the husband to leverage his wife's income tax limits to save on taxes. The potential repercussions of incorrect reporting are also considered.

Same is to be shown as loan.
