i have registered in ececutive in 2012, now i'am in professional can i opt for this modified training structure?

if yes what is the procedure??

I am undergoing trainee. can i switch to new training structure?
So that I can take benefit of not to do PDP for 25 hours and training with specialized agency..?

being as a cs student the choices/options  of new tranning scheme are very good

A student who register on or before 31-3-2014.

1.Prepare for examiniation- get cleared executive-option for tranning-if choose the option go for tranning- TRANNING PERIOD ----2 YERAS

2. If not choose the option for tranning- Prepare for examinition- clear all the group of professional exam as early as possibal- go for the tranning-- compulsory -----ONLY 1 YEAR.

I THINK OPTION 2 IS GOOD FOR CLEAR THE EXAMNITION -IT WILL HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO STUDY-GO FOR TRANNING IN COOL & FRESH MIND.

ALSO IT WILL SAVE YOUR TRANNING PERIOD.

BEING AS A STUDENT I OPTED THE SECOND CHOICE.

i am a  cs-professional student,also completed my ca articleship but left ca

now as per new modification structure ca are also entitled to empart cs training...so is it possible for me to ask for exemption for 15 month training.

please reply sir

as per notification

(iii) (a) Two years’ experience of continuous practice on a whole-time basis as a Chartered Accountant or a Cost Accountant having carried out statutory or cost or internal audit or providing management consultancy services; or (b) two years experience of continuous practice as an Advocate in a high Court having rendered services as Counsel or Advisor to a Company having paid–up share capital and reserves of not less than fifty lakhs rupees or any organisation having gross fixed assets of not less than one crore rupees, or in any public sector undertaking, autonomous or statutory body, financial institute or bank which in the opinion of the Council provides scope for acquiring sufficient professional experience; or

(iv) has acquired practical experience equivalent to those specified under sub-regulation (1) of this regulation in such professional institutions or abroad as may be recognised by the Council in this behalf on reciprocal basis.

46AC Exceptions.-

Any person not falling in all or any respects with regard to practical experience and practical training requirements as specified in regulation 46AB but claims to have acquired practical experience and undergone practical training, equivalent to those specified under these regulations may apply for full or partial exemption from acquiring practical experience or undergoing practical training, as the case may be, and the Council may determine each case for partial or total exemption taking into account the evidence produced by such person or after interviewing him.

I have clreared Professional exam in June 2011 and now undergoing practical traing. Pl. tell me whether can I swich over my training to new modified training structure and how?

Sir I have cleared my professional Exams & now I wish to opt for modified trainig structure.Please assist me with the procedure to be followed for the same  Are documentation requirement same as required earlier.

Can a student who has cleared his final of Cs in Feb.'13 and undergone 15 months Practical training but not completed SIP/EDP/PDP and 15 days training opt for the above scheme as per the notif. dtd. 1.4.14 .. And simultaneously apply for CS Membership.

I have enrolled directly into Exceutive course in Dece,ber 2013 and wanted to confirm on training part as i have not taken SIP training yet. with the new modified training sechedule effective from 1st april 2014. it has exemption on all major trainings however  i am unable to understand how do i go for these section below:

Modified Rule-

(1) Three years on  registration to Executive Programme; 
or    (2) Two years after passing  the Executive Programme; 
or  (3) One year after passing the Professional Programme. 

earlier structire only fifteen months training after passing Exceutive programe.

KIndly advise which one is more beneficial to go with . Old structire or modified structure.

If i take modified structure, what will i loose in old structure . if i opt for new old structure then what would i loose by not taking the new modified structure.

Please help me on this part as i am needing your help on this.

but i had only done sip and computer training programme.

can i eligible to opt new modified training structure declared by icsi, if yes then please tell me what is the procedure to apply for this new training structure.

 i have registered for cs executive level on 28 feb 2014 & i have received modules but i have received company act 1956 module . Sir i have a question with regard to that, do i have to  to give SIP & IT training for dec 2014 exam  or i can opt for modiflying trianing structure?

                                                     or

  Do i have to  study the company  act 2013 book  to opt for modifying trianing structure?

 Sat i am  totaling confuse please   cler my confusion that  wchich company act  is applicable to  dec 2014 executive level & do  i need to give  SIP & IT trianing?
