Mobile use deduction from salary in tally erp

Dear friends,

I want to deduct excess usage of company's mobile over the limit from the employees monthly salary. How to do entries in Tally.ERP 9 Payroll for this?

Ex: Employee A has usage limit of Rs. 500 per month. His mobile bill for the month of October became Rs. 800. Now I have to deduct excess usage of Rs. 300 from his salary.

We are using Payroll in Tally.ERP 9 for accounting.

Please help.
