Mobile phone shops

Dear all members

I Have clients doing business of trading in mobile phones and recharge cards

In My location there are around 10 to 20 small Mobile shops

They all want to form an union

for this they want some recognition somewhat like Registration of Unions

Now the problem is that

Is they required to be registered as a " Trade Union"

Or there is any other way.   Main reason to form union to make policies in trading of their mobiles and to frame rules and regulations .

Please help me......
