Dear Expert,

I require the MOA and AOA format as per new company act which will be engaged in design and manufacture innovative medical devices.

Please also let me know CA,CS or Advocate contact for registering the company.

I have budget constraint so please help.

Hi Pradeep,

I have approved name which is valid till 16 Sep.

Already prepare INC 8,9,10.

MOA and AOA are yet to be prepared.

Rest is submission of form.

Please let me know the fees.
